I love river cruises and have taken a number of them over the years. They are a fab way to visit multiple destinations in one trip without having to pack and unpack. As someone who gets seasick I find rivers are no problem at all. I also like the smaller ships and I love enjoying watching the scenery slide by - there is always something to see!
I am now in a training program to become a Cruise Line International Association River Cruise Champion.
So my questions are why is this type of cruising is still a bit niche?
Does it seem expensive?
Never heard of it?
It's for older people?
I'd love to know!
