I am sure you all have been reading about supposedly soaring inflation, as result of which Big corporation are announcing price increases under excuse we need to increase our prices because of inflation, such as these announcements:

- Starbuck announces price increase
- Chipotle increasing menu prices
- Food is more expensive than it has been in decades

But isnt this a self fulfilling prophecy? That is Big Corporations say there is inflation so we need to increase prices and thus they cause the inflation!
So What can we do about this? I suggest we should all buy less food. That is cut your food buying by 20%. You will then:
1- Go from spending 10% more on Food to spending 10% less
2- Eat less which means you lose weight and will be healthier
3- And less food consumption is great for Environment too

What suggestions you all have for not just beating this self fulfilling inflation but even doing better?
