Right to life or Choice! And how can we reduce Abortions?

I am very much opposed to abortion; yet I am aware that people will do it anyway, legal or not. However, I do not think that anyone who opposes abortion should be forced to pay for it with their tax dollars. Your thoughts? And how can we reduce Abortions?
