When does Anoox censor/edit messages and members?

Social Network
As we all know all social Media, from Facebook to Linkedin to YouTube censor, aka Edit some messages and/or reject some messages/content. But these are for-profit Wall Street based Social media sites. So, what I want to know, is when and how does Anoox as a non-profit social network censor/edit messages and members? Because as we know Anoox as a non-profit is much more Liberal on what it allows to be posted.
Also, does Anoox ever censor, or stop, someone from Voting (aka Liking) something and/or Reporting something?
