Which Web services having been developed under non-profit Anoox, are ready to be moved and made operational in matter of few months, with appropriate Seed funding, under its for-profit spin-off WasTopia.com

The Search engine part has been developed to the proof of concept, as far its Crowd Wisdom aspect goes. With its new AI powered version vastly improving the Answers it provides. Which AI aspect of our Search engine we propose we perfect in partnership with a core AI provider, or entirely develop in-house based via one of the Open Source sources available

The Social network part is developed to a rather full extent making it highly useful as is. In fact the Social networking part is so value rich that for many it is the Hub of their daily lives. And the value of the Social networking part was recently increased by orders of magnitude with the release of its Instant Messenger

Now it may seem this is an unusual investment opportunity, that is to invest in a non-profit and/or to invest to launch the for-profit spin-off from it. But in fact there is a great example of such model. That is OpenAI™ of ChatGPT fame was founded as a non-profit internet company, almost the same year Anoox was made into a non-profit Search engine & Social network AND based on many of same philosophies that Anoox was formed into a non-profit Search engine & Social network. And just like we need to launch the for-profit spin-off from Anoox non-profit so we can Scale, OpenAI launched a for-profit version called OpenAI LP which reached $500 Bill+ valuation

We will take Steps to set the for profit version of Anoox apart and allow it to grow rapidly with Public support behind it. On that note, the for-profit spin-off Anoox (Wastopia) will be either a Public Benefit Corporation or a B-Corp, a decision we look forward to make with you our lead investors. Also Anoox non-profit will receive a 10% equity steak in the for-profit spin-off, so it can continue to do its work as a Public service free of any profit motivations.
