Does anyone have a solution for back pain?

What is the best solution to completely eradicate back pain without it being costly. I find physio to aggravate the pain, so are there any alternative?

Depends on the cause of the pain. You should see a doctor to be correctly examined and they will advise the best treatment. Back pain can be a symptom of other illnesses so always best to get proper medical advice rather than asking online.

I think Back pain is almost always due to having a Big Belly.
Get rid of the Beer Belly and you will get rid of the Back Pain 2.

Stretch. Stretch your hamstring, Quadriceps, and hips. You need to work on getting your hips and stronger along with having more range of motions. Try some Bridges and lots of hips stretches as well.

BrainyV, your profile says that you are 18 Years old. So how can someone as young as you who would obviously never have had a Back pain know about how to get rid of Back pain?

I think the best thing you can do for Back Pain is to go Bike Riding. It has the most magical natural self healing capabilities. I am not sure what is, but Biking does magic for Back pain. At least it does with me over anything else. But make sure the Temperature is Warm and not too cold which will make muscles to tense up.

Rpt, I totally agree with you that the best natural remedy to back pain is Biking. I myself have found Biking to be a most excellent pain reliever of all joints.

Acupuncture can Help your Back pain.
The entire process of acupuncture is based on the theory that we have a life force that is commonly known as qi. This life force can be manipulated by interrupting or redirected through the insertion of tiny needles into specific areas of the body. Although medical science is unable to really identify how this process works, far too many people have been helped by it for it to be a coincidence. Some people theorize that acupuncture helps to release chemicals into the system that may act as painkillers, but it is really unknown why it works.

Sleep the Right Way

The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. โ€œSleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain,โ€ Wilmarth says.

Some pointers:

Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees.
Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. This is specially IMPORTANT.
Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back.

And ya, Eat less as bumpercrop said, to reduce pressure on stomach walls.

Great advice. Sleeping the right way is most important for relieving back pay.

But I would add to this: Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Or if you prefer, do Yoga for near same effect as Tai Chi.

Hi Sarah, I have heard of Tai Chi as being a great remedy for Back pain.
Question though is how do I find a good reliable place for doing Tai Chi?
Or can one do Tai Chi on ones own using like a YouTube video?

Tai Chi is good for keeping Back pain away.
But once you got it, best remedy IMHO is Acupuncture.

Yes, sarah. Acupuncture is absolutely can be great remedy for most Back Pain. Since after all Acupuncture targets the nerve systems and in case of most Back Pain, not all, but most, it is the nerves that have been pinched or are under pressure.
