Is luck really based upon fate, or is it just a random thing?
I am really curious about luck. Some people wear lucky charms around their wrist, and some people just seem to be more successful than others. Could your luck have anything to do with your past, or even more worrying could it have anything to do with your family history?
luck is neither fate nor random. you make your own luck. most people are scared of success. they dont have the conviction nor the confidence to allow success in their lives. you are just as worthy of success; what ever that means to you; as anyone else. All you have to do is to be convicted and confident in what ever it is you want to succeed at and do it. Your history has nothing to do with your worthiness of success. some of our nations most successful icons grew up poor and had bad histories, yet they believed in what they wanted and went for it, you can too. just do it.
luck is neither fate nor random. you make your own luck. most people fail because the idea of success scares them. they don't feel they are capable of succeeding. face the idea of luck or success with conviction and confidence. have faith in yourself that you can and deserve the success that others have. it has nothing to do with your history. people from the worst backgrounds have succeed. you could have an original idea or potential skills that you can use to make your life better. don't be afraid to use that to further yourself. you can do anything they have done to be successful. determination and confidence is what it takes.
The problem is that most people do not recognize it and fail to take any ACTION.
Most of the rest of the people recognize it, but cannot take action because they are not PREPARED.
The remainder of the people, a tiny few, recognize it, are prepared, and take action, thereby becoming one of the 'lucky' few.
You had the luck of spotting the girl and you took action. The fact that she turned you down has nothing to do with luck. Just because you take action when you recognize an opportunity does not mean that you will get what you want. If that were true, there would be no choice in the matter for your target.
I think much more important than luck is connections. For if you have the right connections you ca for example raise capital by just calling your connections whom can then invest 100 Million into your idea, not even business. That is why the same cabal funds one company after another on Sillicon Valley or makes one movie after another on Hollywood, etc while average person toils day and night for a Lucky break! Get it?
I get the theory but surely you need luck to even be able to make the right connections, for example you need to have something to offer, but more importantly the person needs to like you, or even if he doesn't like you they must feel that there is something to gain.
1st, you could interpret connections based on family lineage, Religous affiliation as luck, but that's really stretching the generally accepted definition of luck. With that said, those connections that lead to someone with a drop of a hat raising $100 million, have a lot to do with your Religous affiliation than with anything else. Such as Brin of Google Jew, zuckenbeg of Facebook Jew, Bezos of Amazon Jew, Etc. etc. Jew. You get it?
There is a reason for the phrase "Dumb Luck," it is based in superstition and not faith or science. If it were otherwise, certain people who are lucky would be lucky all the time. The reason lottery operations are successful is because they guarantee themselves an 83% margin of loss to the "punter" and gain for themselves. So, here we see the outsider believing in luck while the insider relies upon manipulation.
