Do We need to take supplement Protein pills for good Body health?
Or are Natural sources enough?
And why do People take supplement Protein pills? Is it to increase Muscles or to make muscles we have Stronger?

You do not need to take protein pills if you are not suffering from any illness that cause the body system to run out of proteins. You only just need to feed well or look after your feeding programs which is only enough to control your needed body proteins. You should also consider using organic herbal supplements ,there are the main key to keep the body fit to fight bad fat and illnesses. *** SPAM FILTERED ***

IMHO, if you can, that is if you have the time, always always go with Natural sources for getting your Protein. And only go the Pill way if by some reason you are really pressed on time to cook the right food or eat at the right restaurant.

Pills isn't the best source of protein,unless you're having a hard time getting the right amount of protein in your diet,i would use eggs,beans,yogurt,cheese,lean meat like chicken,fish,turkey other protein sources are useful if you're a person on the go and don't have time to cook a balance meal then a shake would be my next choice,i hope this information helps you in your decision to eat healthy.

People take protein supplements typically to augment their protein intake to ensure they are getting enough. Natural source are just fine, provided you get enough. Protein will not make your muscles stronger, per se, but protein provides the essential building blocks necessary for muscle growth. The answer is based on what your fitness goals are. The needs of the athlete are much greater than the needs of the computer programmer or book editor. Having said that, a high quality source of protein such as Hemp, Chia or Brown Rice powder (never seen pills) is an easy way to get clean protein into your system without wondering. I'd avoid whey and casein, both from dairy (much allegies) and soy which is mostly modified (junk). Hemp protein is inexpensive, easy to digest and nearly 100% hypo allergenic. Dr. Mitch

No seed, plant or nut contains complete protein only animal sources contain complete proteins! A good reason NOT to eat meat right after a workout is fat delays gastric emptying so the protein would be unavailable for hours!

If you're training hard to gain mass to need around 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight. You could never get this from a "pill". High quality powders are a better choice. Different proteins have different properties. Whey protein is the highest in the branch chain amino acids, (i.e., Leucine Isoleucine and Valine), a significant % of branch chain aminos are metabolized in the muscle. A good quality Whey will enter the blood stream in as little as 20 minutes; it is a good choice right after a workout Mix it with a Skim Milk and a high glycemic index carb to spike the insulin levels drawing the water and dissolved protein into the cells. --- Always use a mixer not a blender to mix, (blenders will break the bonds changing the properties of the protein). Milk sours in the stomach and releases a steady stream of amino acids into the blood stream over a period of time; it is a good choice an hour before bed to have that steady amino release overnight.

And people take protein pills because they think it is an instant muscle builder, which it is not. People trying to take the easy way out. Meats, eggs and milk are all you need. Supplements are really for those who can't eat the required natural foods daily. Remember too much protein doesn't help. If your consuming a ton more protein than your body requires it just chemically alters it and stores as fat.

There are many good sources of natural proteins. Eggs, dairy, beans, grass fed beef, free range poultry. Seeds are another, as well as nuts. These can and will fulfill your needs. As far as protein supplements. They are usually in powder form. The most popular being whey protein. Mostly they are or should be used for their convenience. If their is any additional value, whey does have an effect upon weight loss. Then again so does dairy in general. The idea for muscle supplement use, is you have a 30 minute window, after a workout. To provide a muscle boost, by ingesting an easily used protein source. There really is a measurable muscle gain. Whey protein works, but so would eggs, or another good protein source. I like whey for convenience. Word of caution, you want a product without artificial sweeteners or other chemicals. Not so easy to find. Look at unsweetened varieties, then add some fruit and water, blend and drink. Food does not make muscles stronger. Exercise does.

I don't think protein pills are a good source to improve muscle strength. If you feel like you not getting enough protein in your daily diet I would recommend 100% whey protein powder as an additional source of protein. Natural protein is the best source but protein powder is a additional source when your on the go or don't have time to eat a big steak.

Eggs the most bio available protein source. Grass fed beef, game meat, free range chicken, wild caught fish, nuts, seeds, beans. Most plant proteins need to be combined with another grain, like brown rice to form a complete protein. Dairy is another source. Some asian foods, soy, tempeh, tofu. Just be sure they come from non GMO sources. Try to eat clean, natural foods and you will be healthier.

You can also get protein from plant foods: asparagus, beans, nuts, etc.
Everyone should be using supplements because of soil nutrient deficiency, polution, transported & stored foods lose their nutritional value.

Mostly for convenience. We tend to be a bit lazy. We cook in batches, which eliminates most excuses. Pretty easy to boil a dozen eggs, and keep them on hand for a quick protein snack.
