Share the URL of this Community with whomever you want to Join it
Include in the email you send for Joining your Community real reason(s) why they should Join

How do I add a new contact to my Community who is not an Anoox member?

For someone to Join your Community they need to be an Anoox member. This is for security & safety reason to save you and the site from Fake & Spam. But becoming Anoox member takes less than 1 Minute.

How can I see who are the members of my Community?

Log into your Anoox Social account
Click on "My Community"
Click to access the Community are interested in
Click on the "Members" button
If you are the creator of this Community, a member, or this Community is open to Public; you will then see list of members of this Community

Is it truly free to create and operate my Community on Anoox Social?

Yes, it is 100% free to create and operate your Community on Anoox Social.

You can have up to 100 members in your Community for free
To have a Community with more than 100 members you just need to be a Premium member which costs less than $1 per Day

Who can I invite to Join my Community?

You can invite anyone who you think is interested in mission of your Community to Join it.
Please note:

People you invite to Join your Community could be colleagues, family, friends and People who you think are genuinely interested in mission of your Community
Do not invite People to Join your interested in mission of your Community that you have little relationship with as that generally would be SPAM
Members you meet on Anoox Social who would be suitable to invite are those you met through discussions where you have established you have shared interests
If too many people reject your invite to Join your Community, this may result in suspension of your privileges to use this service

What devices & browsers will Anoox Community work on?

Anoox Community is 100% Web based. So it will work on any device from PC to Apple to Mobile phones with a ubiquitous Web browsers

How can I get a notice that a member of my Community has posted a new message?

As long as you have not Opted out, each time someone posts a message to your Community, you will be Automatically emailed by Anoox Community system that your Community has received a new message and from whom

How can I Admin my Community from unwanted (Spam or Scam etc.) members?

Log into your Anoox Social account
Click on "My Community"
Click to access the Community are interested in
Click on the plack above the description of your Community with label of "Admin my Community"
A new Window will pop open where you can enter the nick-name of member you want to Ban from your Community and for how many Days
Click on "Submit Admin Action" and this will Ban this member from posting to your Community for your selected number of Days

What if someone is posting SPAM or unwanted messages?

Use the steps listed above to Ban them from posting to your Community for your selected number of Days
From list of members click to Reject their admission to your Community which will permanently Ban them from your Community

I get the message that I cannot add more members to my Community, what can I do?

You can add Up to 100 People to your Community as a Free member. Beyond that, you need to become a Premium member, which costs less than $1 per Day

Can we have Voice & Video calls with our Community members.

Yes. Using Anoox Instant Messenger ("AIM) which is also accessible to you all via your Anoox Social dashboard, you can have free World Wide Voice & Video calls with each member
