Is this Trump impeachment charade the ultimate Hoax upon US or what!

Because 1st, to impeach a president you need 2/3 vote of Senate and since Republicans control 45% of the Senate and are never going to vote against psycho Trump, then this impeachment is a total Hoax on this mathematical ground.

2nd, Trump impeachment is due to "Trump tying giving $400Mill in Military Aid to Ukraine in quid-pro-quo for them looking into Biden". Now shouldn't the far bigger scandal be based on facts that:

1- Ukraine borders European Union whereas it is 6,000 Miles away from USA. And European Union is RICHER than USA. So if EU thought Ukraine needs any Military aid EU should be and would be giving it to her.
2- Ukraine even though it is a poor country has many Billionaires. So if Ukraine needs $400Mill in Military it can easily Tax these Billionaires for this Money.

So shouldn't the real scandal and impeachment be: "Why in GODs name are American People via Trump Republicans Democrats giving $400-Mill in Military Aid to Ukraine when the Richer European Union that borders Ukraine can provide this Military Aid if it was really needed."

Don't you then think this impeachment charade is yet another Hoax to distract US from the real problems of USA: from the catastrophic state of Mass shootings and Gun violence in USA , to catastrophic state of Healthcare in USA, etc. etc.?
