As a local business, within a local community, would there be any benefit to me spending money to have a banner on Anoox?

I work very locally, generally within 20 miles of my home location. I'd never even heard of this place until today, and I've been internetting for 30-some-odd years. I'm not sure I would want to throw $25 at a banner I know probably won't do anything. The backlink could be helpful in my rankings I suppose, but even there I'm already on page 1 on the important search engines.

Anybody here will a local business experience any success advertising here?
