What is the best form of plant-based proteins?

Hi there.

For people that don't eat meat or animal products, what are great protein sources for them to eat to make sure that they have enough protein?

Thanks, Saguren

Are you serious? Have you taken Hemp yourself?
I keep reading all over about Hemp and CBDOil nowa days as the answer for so many things. It seems like the new Snake oil or some sort of Miracle plant. Actually is Hemp plant or what!

One of the best sources of Protein which will not harm any Animal, actual help Animals, is Egg. Eggs are packed with Protein while they do no harm to the Chicken and in fact give farmers reason to keep and raise chickens, because otherwise economically they would not be able to keep such chickens. You are welcome 😀

Saugren- A little known, vegan-friendly source of protein (25%), plus excellent omegas is hemp seed oil. I recommend Znatural Hemp oil at Amazon. 2-3 Tbsp/day. The 32oz. or gallon size works for me.

No problem. But really for best plant-based protein foods go with Avocado. However, there is a real short coming with Avocado, and that is that it can go bad real quick. So it is real pricey that way.

There are a number of options available including Jackfruit, and a wide variety of nuts. If you are still able to eat dairy, you can also find protein in many popular varieties of greek yogurt.

Yes, greek yogurt is a great suggestion.
Only question is which greek yogurt is really greek yogurt!
Since many brands pretend to be greek yogurt but they really not.
You know which brands in US are really greek yogurt?

We carry a Greek Yogurt from Green Valley Creamery which is local for us. They have 17g of protein per serving. There are the major brands but I am not as familiar with those.

Can we buy online this local Greek Yogurt of yours from Green Valley Creamery for delivery? If yes, that would be great. I am always looking for authentic Greek Yogurt. You know I was just in Austria, and it is amazing how many choices of real Greek Yogurt are there, which we do not have in US stores. I know there is Chobani, but I do not think that is real Greek Yogurt.
