What Herbs Are most Effective for Weight Loss?

I am not an expert but I believe that the following herbs contribute to losing weight: Black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and green tea.

Yes, I agree with the ginger and green tea.
But dont think Black pepper has any effect on Weight Loss.

Well, black pepper could have an effect on weight loss if it prevents you from eating other things because they contain more black pepper than the eater can tolerate.

I've heard that mint infusion is great. I drink like 3 cups a day but I am not so keen on it. Tastes good though.

I think you mean Red Tea. Green Tea is tasty but Red Tea actually causes appetite suppression and hence weight loss.

I think nest Natural Herb for losing Weight is red Tea. It just takes your Hunger away while giving you a lil Boost of Energy. Also on the Natural front for losing Weight, but not herbs, is Pomegranate.

Looking for a crutch to help with weight loss does not address the problem at all.

I recently lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks. The only thing I did was to quit eating. Losing weight is that simple.
