How do you go about effective fasting?

I think it is called intermitted fasting in English.
I eat only 1-2 meals within a specific few hours. So it is about 16-18 hours a day passing with only water intake. And one coffee with milk and sugar <- I know that one is not healthy at all, but I love it. :D
I don't eat before going to bed for at least 2-3 hours. Usually, I just forget to eat breakfast until early afternoon.

I am pretty sure I saw the intermitted fasting method on youtube while I was searching for workout routines.

Yeah fasting seems a bit too much at first that's why I started with this one instead of a complete "days-long" no eat policy.

We started this conversation with that. :D "Forskolin, Mangostan, ananas, ginger and green tea" These are all good. And most of them can be get in nutrition or vitamin shops or even in the grocery store. I just realized english call that "ananasz" = pineapple. :D Sorry. If you use that as snack instead of anything else it burns fat.
If there is a suspicion of a thyroid problem you should check up with a doctor.
Especially if it underperforming. That can lead fat accumulation

Try using lemon, ginger and apple cider vinegar with honey. Drink it 3 times a day before meals for about 3 months. It really helps

Well, black pepper could have an effect on weight loss if it prevents you from eating other things because they contain more black pepper than the eater can tolerate.

I think you mean Red Tea. Green Tea is tasty but Red Tea actually causes appetite suppression and hence weight loss.

Looking for a crutch to help with weight loss does not address the problem at all.
