Will Bavaria Germany suffers God's punishment for blessing same-sex couples?

Some weeks ago, an assembly of the Bavarian Lutheran Church has determined that same-sex couples can be blessed publicly by the Lutheran Church of Bavaria (Landessynode in Schwabach in the near of Nuremberg, April 2018).

And we have the examples of Sodom and Gomorrah, which were dashed for their Sins at God's command.

Will this "solemn" decision cause God's wrath and punishment on Bavaria?
