You may include my answer in your article - You are so right, humans are by far the most invasive animal. Little or no regard for surroundings or their effect on the environment. Most recently I am reminded of a short film I saw on the Internet (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfGMYdalClU) that seemed a bit graphic on the same subject but it could not have been more accurate. Sad but true.

It is really rubbish to say that "Humans are world's most invasive animal species".
1st, we Humans are not Animals. If you think Humans are Animals, then you are lost to reason.
2nd, as a Human I am sure you want to live and hence enjoy the fruits of Nature and Earth, which could make you "invasive". But that does not have to be the case, that is we can invest in Renewable Energy and produce clean Energy from Sun, and hence have Zero if not plus impact on Environment. Many Humans are helping

Thank yous very much as I appreciate your feedback. Thank you bcmfarm for allowing me to use your thoughts on this matter. There seems to be a big debate whether humans are animals or not, as I was doing research as I soon discovered that this topic is a debatable topic.

I would say people not spaying or neutering their cats and having them outside because they will hunt anything that moves and a lot of the times just for fun

I agree people need to have their outside cats or dogs fixed since they breed causing the issue of unwanted pets. Once a cat is feral, they are hard to tame as I've had 2 feral, one in the past and the one I have now. Had I not taken this about 6-month-old kitten in, the coyotes would have gotten it.

Oak, the question was about which animals were the most invasive. Not about what humans would or would not do to the animals. Stick to the subject please.
