How to fix my Dell PC taking forever to load Web pages?

Hey all,
I have a nearly new Dell PC that all of a sudden is taking forever loading Web pages :(
To be exact, half the time it loads Web pages Ok, half a time it take from few Minutes to for ever loading Web pages. And NO the problem is not the Internet connection or destination Sites, since there are others in same room beside me, and they can access same Web pages instantly.
What is going on all of a sudden with my Dell PC? How can I fix this?
Thank you for your assistance, as this is making me totally miserable :(
