What is the best solution to completely eradicate back pain without it being costly. I find physio to aggravate the pain, so are there any alternative?

As follow i would like to share some tips at low cost :

- Body spa (specially for back pain)
- Yoga Aasans for back pains
- Do bathing with hot water and add some salt into it.
- Drink hot milk with adding organic turmeric.
These are good suggestions.
But I still think one of the must steps toward low or no back pain is to make sure that you do not have a Big tummy, which means make sure you are not over weight.

I am a massage therapist and physiotherapist. Back pain has various causes. But regardless of the origin of the pain it is good:
1 / Do not sleep on a hard bed. Try a good pillow and a spring mattress.
2 / Start the day with gymnastics. Do not sit on the chair for long.
3 / Go to the masseur at least once a month. And it is best to buy a series of 10 massages.
4 / Play sports. Gymnastics, yoga, etc.

Honestly, there are many alternatives that do not have to be costly. Try things like stretching, back supports and braces, heat/cold packs, warm soaks and OTC pain medications like Motrin and other NSAIDS. The last alternative is getting prescribed pain medication or finding an international online pharmacy to order it, honestly. Some doctors charge small fees for office visits and if you have insurance, that will help with the dr visit and prescription. It may honestly be cheaper to go the IOP (international online pharmacy) route to be quite honest with you however, if you decide pain medications are what you need.
A couple of years ago I purchased a Healthmate Forever from Amazon. Two weeks ago it was selling for under $30.00. This electric pulse machine has made the difference of whether or not I can walk. I do start every day with stretches and light weight training. Walking is very beneficial. I visit a chiropractor an hour away to get spinal de-compression because they found a way to bill insurances when Metro area Neurologists do not accept insurance for same procedure.
Yes from Amazon. It has been a back saver for sure. I have scoliosis, and 3 vertebra that have no disks between them. I have had back surgery (2009) and vertebra neck surgery Feb 2017 (titanium plate and 6 screws) 2 vertebra were 1/3 of the way in to my spinal cord. I bike, push mow, clean, walk, go up and down stairs several times a day. But, every morning I am a bit crippled until I stretch and do a few exercises. Laying down is the worst thing I do to my back. But with a sleep aid, I do sleep

But I shall not buy it from Amazon and instead will buy it from a small store here in our town. I am using a lumbar spine stretcher I bought at Walmart. I works really good for me. I have a sipped disc and have taken prescription pain meds and the spine stretcher works better. I also get pain in my knees and lower legs and shoulder and I can use it for 15 minutes and my pain is completely gone. It amazes me how the pain completely vanishes. I think I paid 14.oo for it.
Yes, its working great for me. I found one at Amazon for 8.50 but I got the one that has the bumps around the middle. It gets the hard to reach areas.

Depends on the cause of the pain. You should see a doctor to be correctly examined and they will advise the best treatment. Back pain can be a symptom of other illnesses so always best to get proper medical advice rather than asking online.
Stretch. Stretch your hamstring, Quadriceps, and hips. You need to work on getting your hips and stronger along with having more range of motions. Try some Bridges and lots of hips stretches as well.

I think the best thing you can do for Back Pain is to go Bike Riding. It has the most magical natural self healing capabilities. I am not sure what is, but Biking does magic for Back pain. At least it does with me over anything else. But make sure the Temperature is Warm and not too cold which will make muscles to tense up.

I have had back disc issues for a few years now. I have had to back shots which helped for a few years. About 2 years ago my back took to a place of server pain. Could not walk nor crawl without pain. The doctor gave me a shot and some pills which helped. I was given some exercises to do. Didn't think it would help so I tried it and it does help. Want get rid of all the pain but it does help.
Until you know the CAUSE of your back pain, there is no way that you can sensibly and safely eradicate it. For example, if your pain is caused by pinched nerves, the solution would be entirely different than if the pain was caused by poor posture.
I think in my case it could be poor posture because I spend a lot of time on the road driving, and also I think maybe all the sit ups I used to do playing football could not have helped.

This could be true because I find myself not allergic to certain foods but when I eat things like pasta & eggs I just can't stop passing wind. So perhaps what I will do is stop eating them and see if there is any improvement.
