A regular contributor to this forum recently posted an ANSWER related to current events where racism seems to be the culprit. However, being a black man, his views focused NOT on race, but [quoting him] “respectively, instead of focusing on what really matters, like 'Why', the rhetoric points to taking sides and pointing fingers of blame.” This evoked my QUESTION – Has anything really changed? Sin is still sin. History merely repeats itself, over & over. Men kill men. Slavery continues: whether people of a conquered nation, captives forced into free labor &/or sexual favors, or bondage to dictatorship societies. RACE determines NOTHING that any man can control. South African Apartheid proved that. Human greed, lust for power, & lack of empathy – aren’t they (sin) the REAL problem?
