How can I get rid of my beer belly?

I have suddenly gained a Beer belly, and I'm not proud of it :( Any solutions which doesn't involved giving up my only pleasure? Which is drinking Beer!

The only way to reduce waist circumference is in fact to achieve a state of negative energy balance, where you are burning more calories than you are consuming.The best way to do this is to increase your level of physical activity to burn more energy, eat less calories or, ideally, a combination of both of these strategies.

I really think that consumers live such a busy lifestyle we don't pay enough time to
read or register just how much calories we actually put into our bodies, and this is the
problem.

Well think of it this way. Just like you need to brush your Teeth every day to have a
clean Mouth or you will have your teeth fall out very soon, you need to have a daily Work
out routine or your Belly will Pop up.

Best way to get rid of my beer belly is via joining a Gym and working out at least 1 Hours per Day.
You must burn 300 Calories for each Beer Can you drink.

Lol :)
Start by drinking much less Beer, don't completely give it up, but cut it down to 6 packs per week.
Then cut out all the other bad carbs, which are:
Potato, cheese, rice & bread
And then work out 1 hour per day.
You will then start loosing your Beer belly in about 8 weeks.

Yes, it is having Beer belly :)
Or big belly. But in fact if you are going to eat these type of foods, then you still
can get rid of your belly but then you need to work out 2 hours per day, or burn 2000
calories per day.

I am afraid there is NO way you are going to get rid of your Beer belly if you are not
going to do the Hard work and make the hard choices needed to do so :)
The old saying that: "NO Paid NO Gain" is indeed true.
Now you can try taking some Drugs for this, but I would be wary of such way,

Hi,
In order to come up with some recommendations, it would help to know how old you are and
how long you've been drinking bear. There is a specific bear belly which is indeed
sometimes caused only by drinking a lot of bear. And there is just "regular" belly, which
is caused by having extra calories that are not used for energy production (you are not
burning enough calories of what you receive). So to try to sort things out one would need
a little more info about you :)

In general, if you lack will power, you could try using weight loss pills, but they work
more efficiently if you combine them with exercise and if you at least try to observe some

I drink 3 beers every night and I AM losing my beer gut. Not by limiting my food choices.
I am taking targeted supplements and they are WORKING. I have lost 6 pounds in 2 months

Unfortunately beyond surgery, there is no way to reduce fat in a single area of your body. In order to change your appearance you have to be willing to make changes to your lifestyle - eating habits, exercise habits, drinking habits, even sleeping habits. This is not something you can half-ass and expect results. It takes dedication and. Willingness to change. If that isn't in place, your success will be questionable. You also have to have a WHY. No, it's not just willpower. It's making small changes that you can live with and
incorporate easily into your life. You change one thing this week you change another thing
next week. For example, if you don't exercise at all start with a 10-minute walk every
day. Walk the dog walk with your kids walk by yourself. It's more than you did the day
before period food-wise if you drink 4 beers a night Tri drinking 3 instead and had a
glass of water or brewed tea.

piece of toast or a piece of cheese first thing in the morning. One of the reasons we eat
breakfast this to jumpstart your metabolism. Your body doesn't burn fat by staying idle we

Potato, cheese, rice and bread - you can still eat all of those things but limit your
portions and how often you eat them. Potatoes get a bad rap but they are very good for
you.

Cheese as long as it's a natural cheese, not processed it's a good source of protein but I
wouldn't eat it everyday. Rice is a good source of natural carbs - don't use quick rice
as the nutrients are stripped away to make it cool fast. Bread is a fast acting carb. Use
it for quick energy - not for extended energy.

Really you do not need "surgery" to loose Beer belly.
Just need to have a good workout regime and balance what you eat too.

Give up beer is the obvious answer. Other than that drink less of it (half the amount if possible) Eat a palm size of protein and carbs with every meal and eat plenty of veg.
