We just launched a new Site, based in Moscow Russia. But only stray crawlers visit the site sometimes. We now started a ppc campaign on bizrate.com. About 5 years ago I saw how much traffic they could send though it was expensive enough. But unfortunately the maximum they can send now is about 20 visitors per day though our items appear on 3d to 5th position on fist page on both category listing and search results. Nobody is searching for mens silver jewelry there.

So who can suggest any ppc network which can blow up the website no matter how much it costs?
