This is the season where we reflect upon that cross where innocent Christ was nailed to. May we look up upon this cross, high and lifted up, and see our holy Lord's life. Truly see what has been done, this holy one of Israel, how he gives his life up for you and for me. Embrace this holy one, this innocent life upon the tree. And cry out for him, asking for forgiveness, forgiveness for our sin. This holy man, the Lamb of God, slain for you and for me. God have your mercy upon us, and save us from our sin. Our hearts cry out for you o' God, mercy we pray. Save us o' Lord, our Salvation, and our God. You alone are our Redeemer. You alone are our God. Bring us into your grace, into your glory, and keep us with you forever, now and ever more, in you Lord Iesous we pray. Amen.
