What am I doing wrong on my site?

Hello.
Few months ago I created my new site about IT and Management.
I wrote some useful articles and tutorials. I read a lot about SEO and optimized my site as I could.
My problem now is that I don't have any traffic to my site.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong...
