Is it True eating eggs every day will make your hair grow?

I heard or read somewhere a fact about eggs, that eating eggs is good to make your hair growth. Is this true?? And if yes, how may eggs per day should I eat for hair growth?

Yes eggs are good for hairs care, eating too many eggs required good balance diet and fitness plan on daily basis., not only egg is good for hair growth you can add fish along with this. eating fish is good for health plus for hairs. I would also suggest you to take doctor advise on hair related medicines available in market for hair growth such as generic minoxidil . This is the hair growth medicine which i personaly used on my self as i have very small and thin hairs.

This saying is really amazing. I think most people often eat eggs, but not all of their hair is in good condition.

But, just so youโ€™re aware, itโ€™s not the egg white that will make your hair long and beautiful, itโ€™s the yolk. Eating too many egg whites can actually block the absorption of biotin into the body, causing a depletion of this micronutrient.
