I have been wanting to open a Restaurant for some time now, and since we do not live for ever I have finally decided to go for it. Because a relatively good location has become available in our Town.
So what should I do, to ensure success of this Restaurant venture given these facts:
1- I have NO Restaurant experience
2- I have lots of experience as a business owner and enterpenuer
3- my budget is not that big, it is like $100,000
And the type of Restaurant I wan to open, is going to be a relaxing affordable place with average prices like $10 with really good craft beer. With the menu very simple, that is 1 pages only, serving fresh seasonal dishes.
