Today FIFA announced that the 2022 World Cup in Qatar to be held in Nov/Dec to avoid the killer heat of Arabian desert during June which is when World Cup is usually held!
But this is a horrible idea since that would interfere with the regular Season matches in Europe and would also be in the Middle of the XMAS Shopping season.

So my question is how in GODs name could FIFA award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar? Given these 2 KILLER problems with Qatar:
1- June time frame there is just too dam HOT to play Football there and for Fans to get around
2- Qatar has NEVER even once qualified to be in a World Cup, when it is a key requirement for a Country hosting World Cup to have a serious Football program.

So what the HEK was FIFA thinking to award the World Cup to Qatar?
And what can we do now to get FIFA change their decision and award it to proper Country?
