Can one stay Fit and in Shape without going to the Gym?

Is it possible to be Fit and in good Shape without going the Gym?
I mean our ancestors looked pretty Fit and they did not go to a Gym!
So how can we achieve a Fit & Healthy body without going to a Gym to lift weights?

Running is a great way to stay fit without equipment.

For minimal equipment spend, you can buy a skipping rope. This is one of my favorites because it increases fitness and you can burn a lot of calories in a short period of time.

Both of these exercises will keep you fit and help your body to get in shape.

Eating right and staying active is key. Our ancestors did not eat junkie, processed foods. Our ancestors had to be active to hunt and find food to survive. This alone kept them fit. Today's man and woman are not the same. Our bodies react the same, but we live relatively sedentary lives compared to our ancestors, and we eat all kinds of processed, bad-for-you foods! You simply need to replicate the way that they survived into your own lifestyle in order to get the same results. Eat less (or no) processed foods. Be more active. Yes. For the most part how you look depends on how you See Yourself. You can begin to see weight shed and even body become healthier with guided hypnosis meditation. Well you can stay Fit without going to a Gym. But you cannot stay Fit with just Dieting and must have a weekly work out routing to stay Fit.

Yes. There are plenty of things one can do outside the gym. The question to ask is what do you mean by "fit and in good shape"? There are routines to focus on physical appearance and there are other to focus on being internally fit and healthy.

Our ancestors tended to eat a much healthier diet than we do. Stay away from junk food. Cook more of your meals. Eat fresh foods. Avoid empty calories. Exercise a minimum of 2 hours per week. Do 30 minutes of body weight training, pushups, pullups, squats, planks, ab crunches. Walk 30 minutes a few times per week. Add a few minutes of sprints once or twice per week. All of these things together should keep you very fit and in shape.

Gym is not the only solution to body shape. Look at people in local village areas (slums) they shape without Gyming. What you should do is to try consume freshly natural products such as fresh herbs,fresh leaves,row stuff and try to eat boil always as well as drinking much still water. daily practice in an art that substantiated muscle gain is what your thinking of. Athletes are those that come to mind for me when thinking of ancestors being "fit".
Remember the original Olympians who participated in the Olympics were looked at as having grossly disfigured their bodies by excessive lifting and repetitive actions, making muscles bulge was not a pretty sight.

Most of what we see now in movies are actors who have had to train "at a gym" for months to get the look you see on TV. The gym is just a means for you to condition a habit and routine into your life. You could do all the things done in a gym in your front yard :)

Staying fit and healthy and in shape does not require a gym, it requires consistency in nutrition, drinking water and moving daily. The principles of diet & exercise are the same for men and women.
