I want to start email campaigns, however i have been unable to get anyone to sign up to receive my news letters or sale specials emails. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to promote or legally establish email addresses to send out my promotions? I would like to be able to target specific groups but dont want to spam or randomly send them. Filling up trash cans across the web can have negative outcome on a company rep.
