How do I get Chrome web browser to stop the annoying pop ups?

I use the Google Chrome web browser as mine may browser, or at least would like to do so. But something about Chrome is driving me crazy: that is it keeps popping up windows asking me to for this and that, such as:
Do you want me to translate this page for you?
Do you want me to save this password for you?
etc.

And to add insult to injury it has as one of the answers "Nope", which is not even a Word in English language :(

Anyway, do you know how I can stop these annoying Chrome pop ups?
