We are a small business based on Oslo Norway.
We are about to launch a Web site where we will be selling locally made Leather fashion online via our Web site, which means to a World wide customer base, and will accept payment via Visa/MC/Amex & Mastero.
What we want to know is how do we avoid (fraudulent) Sales? Are there any secrets, techniques, wisdom, etc. that we can follow to make sure a sale is good or bad /fraudulent? This is specially important to us since we will be shipping our goods to the buyers World Wide and should the buyer in Country X turn out to be a (fraudulent) then not are we out of our Merchandise then we have to also pay a horribly expensive $25 Charge back fee to our Credit Card processor.
So how to distinguish a good buy vs a fraudulent buy?
