This is the 5 Keys to Health and the foundation that I use with my clients. The interconnectedness of all those are really what allow for long and healthy life. There have been studies that show that people that indulge in one out of each category live more fulfilling lives, thus keeping balance in each would be the key to graceful ageing.

2. Eliminate bad habits, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, lack of sleep, thinking about bad things and always suspicious.
3. Strive to always be happy, in any event, take positive lessons.
