I have an Job interview coming up in a large firm in the Marketing position. And I want to know to make the best impression should I wear a Skirt, a short Skirt or Pants? FYI: I have really nice legs :)

I have read some places that wearing a Skirt and even a short Skirt makes the best positive impression and in some places that for a Woman to be taken seriously and hired into a new management position that she should Wear Pants. Cant decide and this Job is very important to me to get it.
So which one is the right move?
