I just responded to a post about natural disasters being the result of God's wrath. I understand the ignorrance of non-believers ascribing unrighteous judgments to God. But how is it that so many professing believers are likewise so ignorrant of the purpose of God's wrath. Scripture is clear: "For the WRATH of God is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath shown it unto them. For from the creation of the world the invisible things of Him are clearly seen, being understood through the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse" - Ro.1:18-20. Do you think God EVER targets the INNOCENT in His wrath? Is there any scriptural support for such an idea?
