I agree that Eve was disobedient but by her actions of believing the snake instead of God she was calling god a lair. The consequences was losing a safe haven and a separation from God.
Abram was suppose to leave all his kin, yet he took Lot and the consequence was the Moabs and Ammon who were a thorn in Israels side.
Moses didn't believe he could speak for God.
Saul kept captives wanting to please the people instead of believing God and they captives have been a thorn ever since.
