How can I control myself from getting angry too easily?

I am very easy too get angry.
I mean I could be having a nice fun day and if something really hits the right buttons I can explode in anger.
For example something as small as the Waitress bringing me Cold bread even when I asked her for Hot bread.
I do not like that. How can I prevent myself from losing my cool too easily and from getting angry too easy?
