I had a loan from Wells Fargo, which loan I was not able to pay because Wells Fargo Web site for making my payments was not working. And then the 800 number I had for them would just lead to a recording. And then finally after 6 months I get a call from them that they are going to charge off my debt and ruin my credit because I had not paid my loan to them and here the reason I had not paid it is because their Web site was all screwed up and their 800 support non-existent.

So what can we do in such situations? Since of course suing the Bank is not an option given that they have an Army of lawyers and 10s of Billions of Dollars of money. So do we have any recourse to hold them responsible for their failure and then ruining our Credit reports?
