Why are Canadian customs so horrible and so rude?

I have traveled all over the Worlds, and I must say the worse Custom Officials I have encountered are Canadian Customs! I mean I find the US customs always so nice and helpful and they always greet you with Welcome to USA, etc. and European Customs are quite nice and same I found out in Mexico or Brazil, etc.

But whenever I go to Canada the Canadian Custom Officials make you feel horrible, they hold you back, they threaten you, and they generally you make you feel very unwelcome!
Why is that?
