To fully realize the depth of my question consider the fact that in the last Olympic India, a country of 1-Billion+ People, won NOT one Gold Medal, in fact won less Medal than Latvia a country of 2 Million People! Here:

OTOH, China with almost same number of People as India was in the 2nd place in the Medal counts.
How is that possible?
How is it that Indian are such wimps?

And is that why VCs in Silicon Valley give funding to Indian people alot, because they have such weak back bone and thus easy to control?
