As you know it is illegal to own a machine gun which law has been confirmed by the Supreme Court.
So how is it that we have the right to bear Arms, that is own Assault Weapons like the one used in Sandy Hook Mass Murders, but do not have the right to own machine gun?

Put another way if you go by the logic that the 2nd Amendment gives us right to bear Arms to the point that "you cannot make it illegal to own Assault Weapons like the one used in Sandy Hook Mass Murders", then by that logic we should have the right to own machine guns, Grenade launchers, etc.
Is that insane or what?
