What is an online payment without possibly of Charge back?

We are looking to accept online payments, you know via Visa/MC/Amex, etc.
But we do not want to have the possibility of charge back. We are prepared to have our Sales reduced by 10%, 20%, etc. to have online sales that are non charge back able, so that when we deliver the goods to the buyer we know that there is NO Way for that buyer to be a fraudster, so that the sales are as good as Cash.

Do you have an online payment solution which meets the above requirement?
