when will internet explorer 10 be UPDATED for windows 7

I downloaded the internet explorer 10 for windows 7 and found it had many errors like being slow loading, deleted all my Passwords...autocomplete did not work and I think it was a mess. of course it was the beta version. so I uninstalled it...I find explorer9 is much faster Oh...and yoho kept saying that Yahoo works better with more modern version and suggested I UPGRADE to windows 9....Huh????
