How do you get your husband to help with chores?

My husband helps little with house work, such as cleaning, etc.
And we both work.
But somehow he thinks it is my job to do the cleaning and not his!!!

How do I get him to change his mind in this regard while staying positive? That is I dont want him to do this
because I am baggering him but because he sees it as his job too.
