AnooX Open & De-centralized model in practice can be summarized with the following points:

1. AnooX will provide it's search engine software system, binary and source code, for free under AnooX Open Source License (AOSL) to AnooX search engine providers ("SEP") worldwide. AnooX will charge for Support only - installation & operational support.

2. AnooX will provide for free to the AnooX SEPs any updates to the AnooX software system source code, whether such addition is by AnooX itself or the SEPs. Similarly AnooX SEPs agree to share any changes that they make to AnooX source code with AnooX main, however final decision as to whether any changes to the source code are included in the public release of AnooX source code will be with AnooX main.

3. AnooX SEPs will operate their local (country) based AnooX search engines on their own and on their own servers. For example the German AnooX will be operated by a German company, the French AnooX by a French company, etc.

4. AnooX main will route any traffic to another country AnooX to the AnooX SEP for that country. For example when someone comes to AnooX.com to search in French rather than go to fr.anoox.com to do such a search, then AnooX main will route this traffic to the AnooX SEP for France.

5. AnooX main will only handle the English language searches.

6. AnooX SEPs will pay to AnooX main either 10% of Advertising rervenues that they generate or a monthly fee for Support, whichever being greater.
