Sure they would, after all that is one of the Key aspects of democracy. That is people can and will vote for themselves, and likely will get their family and friend to vote for themselves (their listings) too. That is just as the person running for the Mayor, Governor, President, etc. etc, will vote for himself/herself, same would be the case whenever people are given the right to vote as does AnooX in regard to search result listings. But it is the majority vote that determines who gets what order in the rankings, and someone voting for themselves will be just one vote out of many.

Put another way, and as has been said by great many wise man: "Democracy may not be prefect, but it is better than any other method for selecting...." Similarly AnooX search results may not always be the best results, but on average they will be far better than any other method.
