Fill out the on-line application for becoming
an AnooX Search Engine partner and pay the one time $299 (non refundable)
Processing fee.

Using the Domain name registrar analogy,
this is a similar fee to the non-refundable fee that one
has to pay to ICANN for processing one's application to be
considered for becoming a Domain name registrar. Except
in this case the (non refundable) processing fee rather
than being $2,500 is only $299.

Next, a member of AnooX senior management will
contact you to discuss your application and you will then be provided with the
formal AnooX SEP agreement. Your application
will then be evaluated based on the information that you will provide
in the discussions and to the questionnaires. This process
may take up to 1 month. It's speed depends on how complete and timely your answers to
the questionnaires will be. |

If your application is approved, then upon approval you
will need to submit the signed copy of the AnooX SEP agreement along with full payment
for the Support that will be provided to you to install your AnooX search engine
on your servers to offer the localized version of AnooX to your market (Country).
You should allow from 60 to 90 days, from the date you provide the Servers, to localize & install your AnooX search
engine on your Servers. The cost of Support varies from country to country since
it depends on the size of the market, meaning amount of Indexing that needs to be done
and the number of Servers on which the localized version of AnooX will be installed
on. Support is $7,500 per Server.

You need to obtain the necessary number of high end servers
to operate the AnooX Search Engine for your local market, minimum of 4 Servers
are needed. The actual number of Servers needed is about 1 Server per
10 Million population of a Country. But the exact number of servers will
be determined on a case by case basis since not every country has the same
extent of Internet penetration. Also other factors go into determining the most
optimum number of Servers needed, we will discuss this all with you in the
pre-approval phase.
Of course as the number of your searches increases then
you would acquire more servers to support your expanding
search volumes and advertising revenues.

As indicated above you should allow 60 to 90 days from the date
of obtaining
approval until you are live with your local AnooX Search
Engine. However you must go live within 180 days or face
penalties and/or risk losing your AnooX opportunity. But should this happen,
that is should you fail to go live with your localized version of AnooX, for
whatever reason and your license is revoked,
you still will not be charged anything for the AnooX software system. |
