The Social Network based Search Engine & News Service
Designate selected Blog(s) to allow posting by Un-Verified people

By popular request, as of the Version 3.0 you can designate selected Blogs of yours to be open for posting by non-registered people. That is up to this version of AnooX Blog, only people who had opened an AnooX Community member account and had verified their account, could post Articles or Replies to someone else's Blog. But, as of this new version anyone will be able to post Articles or Replies to your Blogs, that you designate to be open to non-registered (aka Un-verified) people.

Pros: Many more people will be posting Articles or Replies to your Blogs that you designate open this way, since this removes the requirement that they sign-up and join the AnooX Community before they can post an Article or Reply to your Blog.

Cons: More likely to get people posting Spam or junk like materials to your Blog. However, you can use the Admin feature of AnooX Blog to Delete bad postings and to even Ban by IP the person who posted the bad message to your Blog.

Note: default mode for this option remains to be that Verified people only (aka people with AnooX Community member account) can post to a Blog.

How to designate a Blog open to Un-Verified people?

You can either do this at the time you create your New Blog or after by editing your selected Blog(s) to turn this feature On. To turn this feature on:

  1. Log into your AnooX Blog Account
  2. Click on "Manage My Blogs"
  3. Click Edit in front of the selected Blog
  4. Save the changes

Thereafter anyone will be able to post Articles or Replies to this Blog, whether they already have an AnooX Community account or Not.

Please note: when an Un-Verified person posts to this Blog they will be identified as Un-Verified or Unregistered . Also whereas with a registered members you will be able to click on their name to visit their Blog and their details, with an Un-Verified person no such linking will be available since they are a guest visitor and they have no account.
