What's also good about this firm is that it has a winning track record, thus has money in the bank to pay for expenses and take on an insurance company. Often times, an insurance company knows a smaller law firm has limited resources and if they do not win at trial, that money is gone, thus only wants to settle a case without going to trial. Many of the law firms say they are great, get results, and fight the insurance company. It all sounds very motivating. I suggest when seeking out a top law firm, look at trial results and if it is run by paralegals, not attorneys. If your injury is significant, be sure the firm has resources ($) to front to pay for depositions, expenses, filing fee, jury fees, etc. Last, to find a great firm, go to superlawyers.com and simply click on your city and area of law. There, you will find multiple attorneys in your area who have passed scrutiny to be listed. With that in mind, wish you the best.
