Is this the best Arm bar from the back?

As we all know it is not so easy to do a rear naked choke, for most people.
So I have been looking for a good Arm bar from having the back.
I found this.
Do you think this is the best Arm bar from back?

Yes, this is indeed one of the best transitions from taking the back to a next best thing.
Specially you have to keep in mind that in a real fight either the guy is going to be too sweaty or his clothes are going to get in the way of a rear naked choke, so this transition to an Arm bar is then really killer.
